The public information of the institution should allow its stakeholders to understand the meaning and value of the adopted corporate governance policies and practices.
Relationship with Stakeholders
The public information of the institution must demonstrate how the firm transmits to its stakeholders the adoption of best corporate governance practices, beyond legal and regulatory compliance.
Functionality
The institution’s public information should enable its stakeholders to measure the state of progress of corporate governance and make comparisons with the practices and policies adopted in previous years.
Empirical Evidence
The public information of the institution must demonstrate its understanding of the benefits of transparency in the disclosure of corporate governance practices for its stakeholders, through evidence referring to the adoption of best practices in this area.
