[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=»3/4″][vc_column_text]He has been President of the National Center for Strategic Planning of Peru (CEPLAN), a specialized technical body that exercises effective leadership of the National Strategic Planning System (SINAPLAN), conducting it in a participatory, transparent and concerted manner, thus contributing to the improvement of the quality of Life of the population and the sustainable development of the country. He has been the first President of CARE Peru, the country’s largest NGO, dedicated to serving the people and families of the poorest communities in Peru to achieve their inclusion and generate equal opportunities to live with dignity and security. He is currently Director, Chair of the Audit Committee, member of the Finance Committee, and the Committee for Growth and Development of CARE Programs.
Pioneer in the launch of the Private Pension Funds Management sector in Peru. He developed and led for 18 years AFP (Pension Fund) Nueva Vida and Profuturo AFP as CEO. Member of the Advisory Council and Past-President of Peru 2021, a non-profit civil association, led by entrepreneurs working to achieve a shared National Vision, through the dissemination and promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He has been Board Member, Chairman of the Governance, Executive Compensation and Sustainability Committee, and Member of the Strategy Committee and the People Management Task Force of Camposol. Camposol is the leading agroindustrial company in Peru, the largest producer of white asparagus and Hass avocados in the world.
He is a Biomedical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston and a Specialization in Finance from the School of Business Administration – Esan in Lima.
