Between 2004 and 2012, Diana developed a professional career in companies of the Telecommunications and Outsourcing of Human Resouces fields, for outstanding customers of mass consumer retail, with a focus on commercial projects, alliances and new businesses. During 2013 she participated in training programs regarding Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, as well as training programs ran by PRI on Responsible Investment.

She has experience in building relationships with internal and external clients, budget formulation and control, definition of strategies to form commercial alliances, and networking management.
